Rack Room Shoes

What a great shoe place! Pretty heels, I like the ones with jewelry on them, so pretty. They also have a variety of other great shoes.

If I could give a -5, I would, that is how terrible the customer service was! I was there yesterday looking for shoes and I asked a sales associate to help me and she talked to me so hateful. She told me in a very hateful, condescending tone that the shoes were arranged in a certain order AND THERE WAS NO REASON FOR ME TO MESS UP A RE-DESIGNED STORE AND THEN SHE PULLED A SHOE BOX OFF THE SHELF AND SAID THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, TO ME, like I was an employee. I will be calling the corporate office and making a complaint. If she is the manager, I feel for the employees!!!

Stopped by to shop for some new shoes for work. Several staff members were huddled around the check out area, nobody offered to help. Shoe boxes littered the store. Couldn't find a place to sit and try on the shoes because the shoe boxes were there too. Left and went to Buckle, next door and got excellent customer service, unfortunately they didn't have the shoes I wanted in my size. But the difference in customer service and cleanliness was night and day.

I absolutely love shopping here. I purchase my entire family’s shoes from here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, the store is always neat, organized, and clean. Most importantly, their deals and military discount is always a plus! Their prices are unbeatable!

Great location and amazing customer service, and we found just the right pair of shoes. However, they don't carry much of a variety when it comes to larger women's sizes.
